ok this is it...nc state champs in raleigh this weekend, may 22nd...1st coat of protan & water cut today. really excited, coming in @ 5 6'' 145 or so, 10% bf. i'm tall class figure for anyone who will be there. just wanted to say thanks for all the great advice from you guys; everyone's been great! this is an awesome site and a really supportive community...glad to be here. i'll be sure to post pics soon as i get 'em~ i'll be back on monday!

no doubt guys! thanks so much for the support; right now i am tan, thirsty and PISSED! ready for action...best of luck to you also motown! and golden, its pretty unusual for the figure girls to come in under 9%bf (except of course for the pros) the object is to look feminine and still have curves, w/ minimal striations...i'll post results by sunday

Well damn...2am this morning the diazide started to turn me inside out; may have overlapped the dosage by about an hour and all hell broke loose. threw up all the way til 6:30am and had a huge water rebound. i still didn't look horrible, just uncomfortably bloated and ALL the judges noticed. the competition was incredible; this is actually the first show ive been in that ALL the girls were on-target. i am definitely going to drop more fat before team universe. oh well- gonna eat humble pie and nothing else for a few days, and resume training with a vengeance; i already qualified for nationals by winning the last show, so this isnt a huge loss for me. i just hate preparing for so long and still not feeling ready...i'm very disappointed in myself. thanks again for all you guys' support~ i'll still post pics when i get them.

he lives inthe winston area. not far from you but his girl friend does figure. i am sorry i dont know her nme. let me see if i can find a pic. oh travis is one of the top three PLers in the world in the 220s.
