Default Shredding fat in 1 week
I took a few weeks off from diet/lifting due to finals week, the week leading up to finals week, celebration after finals week was over, and then getting sick for a few days.

I completely stopped eating right (have been eating only 2-3 times a day, nothing you would see on a bodybuilders diet plan, but nothing too unhealthy either) and havent worked out in these few weeks either.

This last week, I figure since im going to bulk again starting next week anyway, is going to be dedicated strictly to losing body fat, mainly the fat around my belly, as fast as humanly possible.

Whats the fastest way to go about losing it? I dont care about mainting my muscle, because its all gone anyway. I just want to shred the fat around my belly, fast.

you didn't loose all your muscle in 2 weeks bro!! you could have ate nothing and kept some of it!! for one looseing fat in one area (midsection) is not going to happen. if it did no one would have a beer gut!! calories low-carbs low-protein high-and alot of cardio is your answer in short terms~

man if i had the money for liposuction i would seriously do it. Itd be funny to see a skinny guy with a huge gut getting lipo though.

Should I try a fat loss pill, or hot-rox type product?
    What about a topical cream?
