    Default seasoning's for contest diet
    I'am currently using Mrs Dash, Lawry's seasoning salt, and soy sauce to flavor my food. Iam currently 8 weeks out, does anyone see a problem with any of these. This isn't my first show and Iam not watching my salt intake till the last week.

    I'm big on mustard, fat free ranch and salsa.

    I like to use Mustard and I also use Salsa to spice up my food. Oh, and a little relish with tuna is awesome too!

    depends on how ur looking bro...if u look good according to ur time table, then dont worry about ur seasoning too much....i dont use Mrs. dash until im like 4 weeks out...then u have to start dialing it in...but everyone's different...

    oh yeah, garlic and red pepper is good for ur foods...
