 Last week
I was wondering if any one would shed some light on the last week of competition dieting. I am entering a show on March 27th and so far am spot on. My only problem is I would like to hear a few views on the last week. I would appreciate any comments or suggestions or tips.

Are you working with a trainer? If so, please listen to your trainer.
It's so easy to get confused when you're taking ten peoples advice.
The last week really depends on your level of conditioning as well. Have you posted any pics yet?

No I am doing it alone. My conditioning is well on form and I am very happy with my body so far. Only thing is the more I try educate myself on the last week and the more I read the more confused I get. I have read where guys are eating pizza the night beofre and coming in ripped. I would just appreciate a little basic information on teh last week. Just the basics from which I have something to work with. I'm not completely in the dark and i do know one or two things but I would like some more information. If possible
