    Default flaw oil for competiton
    I'm getting ready for a competiton in about 11 weeks. i just started taking flaw oil and some cla tabs. I was wondering how i should take the oil. Do i use it up to the show? I'm really not sure how often or how much i should take. Could anybody help me out on this? I just want to know how to take when prepaing for a bodybuilding competiton.

    1-2 TBLS per day depending what your other fat sources are.

    I'd say at least two tablespoons a day.
    What is your bodyfat level at currently?
    What sort of diet plan are you following as well?

    1-2 tbsp a day, split into 2-3 times a day. i would not use it all the way to the show. in the last say 4 weeks you will need to cut most fat (even the good kind) to get those calories low and to get rid of the last stubborn fat.

    Thanks for the advice. My fat % is about 11-12. I'm 11 weeks out from the show.
