    Default Hair Removal Tips?
    hey bros,

Any of you guys know what works best to get rid of all that unwanted hair. I've used nair before and got a rash form it.

Is waxing a good way to go?

Let me know what ya guys think.... or ladies

    Thx

Waxing is probably one of the best ways to go.
There is also laser hair removal. This can be quite pricey but it does get rid of it forever!!
I don't like Nair either, it smells gross and it irritates my skin as well.
Have you tried shaving with the Mach 3 turbo razor? Use a good moisturizeing shaving lotion and the Mach3 turbo and see what you think of that. It's certainly less painful than waxing...lol
    good luck hun!

Tensity, get some clippers that you would cut you hair with. Set it at the lowest setting and go all over the body. You'd be suprised at how much it takes off. Then use the mach 3 from there. As you get closer i'll give ya some tips on Protan and things like that.

Nads has a wax kit just for men now. Anyone try it yet? Around $30 for the kit. Give or take a buck.

I've always shaved with my Mach 3 and always come out with red bumps and irritations on my lower abs (below belt line) and chest, even when using the lotions and other "anti-bump" creams. Then I can't shave again for at least a week or two because the rash just gets more irritated and sometimes bleeds.

Thinking about trying this Nads product but wanted to see if you guys think it's any good before I throw my $30 down the drain. Or maybe suggestions on other waxes I should look at instead?

Luckily I don't have any hair on my back! Whew!

I would say forget at home wax kits bro. It wouldn't be worth your time or money and you could probably take that 30 bucks and pay a professional to wax you.

And what i use to help keep the bumps down around my belt line and on my chest are clearasil or stridex pads. Right after you shave rub one of them over the areas that usually get irratated. I still get some bumps but they're not as bad.

Also try to shave as often as possible.

So basically rubbing alcohol helps keep the bumps down? Hmm.. I'll give that a try!

Paying someone else to wax me... Damn, she better be cute, cuz I'd want my nuts waxed, too. hehe.. thanks for the advice, man.

If you're a guy with course hair, waxing is going to hurt like hell...If I were you I'd make friends with the razor.

Waxing works really well, but is painful. The biggest negative for me is making friends with the loufa sponge for weeks afterwards to minimize the ingrown hairs.

You will want to wax a few days before the show to give your skin a chance to heal and get rid of some of the subcutaneous water that you will hold in reaction to the shock of ripping your hair out by the roots.

After shaving especially below the belt line use an antipersprent and cover the area that gets all bumpy and irratated. put it on once or maybe twice a day.

There's a new Nair lotion in a white bottle. I doesn't bother me as much as the regular stuff. Don't use it on delicate areas though...

I have a show this sunday, had a entire body wax for the first time yesterday. It frigging stings but your condition will look that much better than if you were to shave. I have competed for 20 shows or so, until now have only shaved. Deffinatly always get waxed from now on and just top it up everyso often with a quick bic.

    My hair is thick & I sugared....*&%^*(%()%!!!!
F'in hurt like hell but you see how good it looked in my profile avatar
My lady is a hairdresser so I used the sheers to keep them low, then after a workout I use HAIR CONDITIONER!!!!
Works good to shave with as well
Just make sure you rub the conditioner on you in the hot shower(use hot water & scrub on face to shave there too) & the Mach 3...works great!
