I am dieting for my show that is 5 weeks away now, and im dieting very strict....but my abs are not coming thru as fast as i would like them too. my buddy thats helping me do my diet said that everyone is different, and that might be the last thing to come out really good. I think i might be holding alot of water as well? Everything else besides my midsection has came out really nice....anyone got any ideas?
