fixing up aka renos

I love doing renos, our next project is our front & back yard, & maybe building the kids a really cool tree house/playset kindda of thing...
P is very handy & has pretty much done all the work himself.

We already have a terrace or (patio)& a gazebo, we want to re-do the pavement aroung the pool deck, we have interlocking pavers & they are a pain to maintain, so maybe we'll re-do the pool deck area.. & install a new heater for our spa, I would love that..
& work on our garden, we have a few spices & vegetables we grow, so we can always expand.
