I can agree with Canada being on the top of that list! Honestly, if it were a bit warmer I would be living there. I can't deal with long and cold winters anymore though.

One that surprised me on that list was France?? My first wife was French and we lived in Paris for a year. I hated that place!!! Rude, little, snoty, well I will stop there

I would love to visit Canada, and have considered moving there, but the weather it's a factor, I don't think Floridians are built for such cold weather.
