    Default High Protein balls
    HIGH PROTEIN BALL

    1 c. peanut butter
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 c. nuts, any kind
    1/4 c. dry powdered milk

    Mix all ingredients real well together and roll into balls. Keep in refrigerator.

    can anyone put together a high protein meal that i will follow faithfully..im trying to get to 215 im 190 now...

    mmm perhaps read through the site a little bit or maybe post your question in the Diet Forum instead of the Recipe Forum? I can tell you that no one is gonna just "give" you a diet to follow straight up, suprisingly you'll have a to put a little bit of work into it on your own behalf.



    JF - Did you have the nutrition facts for those? Seems like they'd be High Fat Balls instead of High Protein Balls. I've been looking for a cookie or something along the lines of these to eat at work while bartending. I could keep them in the fridge and eat them as I go along

    right...hi carb too. Raisins are full of carbs. I'm sure they taste damn good but the sugar and carbs is a bad mix. Other than the PB and milk, I don't see where the "high" protein comes in.
