    Default Just tryed Protein Pancakes
    4 whole eggs
    1 cup raw oats
    cinimon
    1 1\2 scoops chocolate tp protein

    Make 2 large pancakes
    ate w\cant beleive its not butter spray and sugar free syrup.

    70 grams protein
    50 grams carbs


    Honestly they were really really dry and i didnt like that. IF any one has any ideas on how to not make them dry i would appreciate it.

    mix some cream cheese into them it may make them better--I personally find protein pancakes to be disgusting but they can be doctored up--why not real butter? Fake butter has almost no nutritional or dietary advantage over real butter-and real butter tastes good. Enjoy your eating and gaining weight will be that much easier.

    take out the protein powder and use hte pancakes as a carb up snack or a preworkout snack. You still have some protein from the eggs. You can throw in a banana for flavor unless ur really watching ur sugar intake.

    I like this one and I hate cottage cheese
    1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
    1/2 cup raw quick cook oats
    4 egg whites
    1 whole egg
    2 tbl splenda
    dash of vanilla extract
    dash of cinnamon
    pinch of baking powder

    blend it all up

    cheezy said it.....use cottage cheese and don't let the damn things cook till they're dry. Watch 'em so they stay moist. Whenever I used protein powder they always got dry
