    My fav is!!!
I get 8lbs of top round steak and get it grounded like hamburger meat.
I make 26 patties with that using 2lbs at a time with 1 egg white & 2/3 oatmeal(helps it stick!)
BBQ meat medium so it is red when I reheat in microwave.......sweet.
    Little mustard/salsa/ketchup & tomato

for steaks use wine or beer; crushed red peppers(dry or wet); salt; black pepper; garlic(minced or powder); let it marinate overnight throw it on the grill...(you can also throw some onions in it for flavoring)

for chicken u can use the same thing as the steak or u can make your own honey mustard garlic seasoning..use mince garlic;dijon mustard; honey; add in some dry spices to this like tarragon; salt; pepper..this taste great grilled also as long as u baste the chicken whilst grilling..

for an italian chicken use oregano;basil;garlic;salt;pepper

chinese style chicken sweet and sour
; per breast (3-6oz) 2 oz of orange juice; 4 oz pineapple juice; 2 oz of soy sauce;tsp of brown sugar; make this into a sauce with corn starch water...baste the chicken whilst grilling
