Just have a quick question. I'm bulking for a while now, here are the shakes I came up with. (this is not my full diet, only the protein shakes...)
Breakfast - 8oz fatfree milk + 1-2 scoops Muscle Milk Mocha Joe
Post workout - 8oz fatfree milk + 1 full egg 1 white + some whip cream + 4-5 scoops HDT Solid Gains Chocolate (http://www.cheapvitamins.com/product...spx?prodId=409)
Bedtime - 8oz fatfree milk + 2 tablespoons vegetable oil + 1 teaspoon peanut butter + 2-4 scoops HDT Solid Gains Chocolate
