    Default awesome mustard sauce/dressing
    red wine vinegar
    yellow mustard
    splenda

a little wheat gluten flour to thinken it up.

play with the amounts, especially the mustard as it changes the flavor dramatically. good on salad and meats.

Great post Warmachine. That is a great way to spice up foods with hardly any calories. I posted something very similaiar about two months ago with my thread titled: A Meal Straight From the Grill, (I ****ed up and put may for meal, but accident's happend, lol).

For you guy's looking for the Red wine vinegar dressing's this is a good one:

    1 small shallot, finely chopped
1/4 cup of red wine vinegar, or balsamic vinegar, if your looking for variety
2 teaspoons of dijon mustar, you can use brown,
1/4 teaspoon of kosher or sea salt, not iodized
    1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil

Yes the olive oil does contain fat, but healthy fat. This is great on salads or meat.

Now for a real treat to really spice up your chicken and make it a hell of a lot better......well, I think this is to good to post here, so I will start my own thread with it. Please check it out. It will be called Grilled Chicken Breast with Green Onion-Mustard Sauce.

Yes it is very strong, more like an aquired taste. I do like to put the capers in. They tend to add a new dimension to it.
