save your money, go buy some sugar free/fat free instant pudding, and put a scoop or 2 of your favorite protein powder in while stirring.

Been there and done that. IT's cheaper but you know it as soon as the spoon hits your mouth. THis stuff is indistinguishable from regular pudding.

Try making your own custard homemade it is cheaper, not filled with chemicals, and it follows the simplest rule of healthy eating--the less processed it is, generally the better it is for you.

super easy to make

heat a cup of water in the microwave, add 1/2 packet of gelatin. mix with some more water and add protein powder until blender cant handle anymore. oh i add some splenda too but not much.

let it set in the fridge and t here ya go.

Another thing, there is also a cartoon picture of Stallone on the can also. Now you cant make that at home.
