 Pasta Surf N Turf -Lunch
Pasta (just for bedding)
5-6 Chicken Slices (Garlic, Onion, spices)
1-2 Cans Tuna
Ricotta Cheese
Sauce
Put pasta on plate, Throw tuna on, Put ricotta on, put sauce on... Mix.... Grill chicken with seasonings.... throw on and eat.
You get around 40-50 Grams of Protein per serving and it taste delicious
Less then 400 cals.

sound good and with the new protien pasta thats out im sure you could even sneak in a lil more protien...i'll give this a go
