Whey Protein Recipes??????

Does anyone have any good ones? Im not all that pleased with the taste of wp.... I tried banana's n milk with the protein but it still tastes weird...

I use ON Whey Protein GS Vanilla.

Anyone know any good ones?

I like the ON chocolate mint, and yes I mix it with milk and make it into popsicles. Vanilla protein is usually sickenly sweet tasting, try the chocolate mint it is fairly tasty.

it ceases to amaze me ppl post before they read some times--3 threads down on this page theres agreat thread on post you shake recipes here you'll find plenty of good idea there and also theres a thread in the supp area called whats you favorite post work out meal . alot of good shake recipes there too. hope this helps.
