Here is a basic recipe for the stuffing we will have
2lbs of ground veal
1/2 pound ground pork
2 carrots
1/2 red bell pepper
3 sticks of celery
1 yellow onion
1/4 teaspoon of marjoram
1/4 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of fresh ground black pepper
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of worchestire sauce
In a blender put 2 carrots cut up in pieces, red bell pepper, 3 sticks of celery and one peeled onion and teaspoon of worchestire--blend till it is a slurry
Add eggs and blend again
Mix the mixture with the ground veal, marjoram, black pepper and ground pork-stuff into the turkey and bake-----High protein stuffing that isn't all bread--Our family has made this stuffing for years. It makes great sandwiches later and it should come out very moist.
