    Default Low Carb Pro/Fat Meal
    Made this a while back and it came out pretty good.....


    8oz of 96% lean ground beef
    1/3 Cup Graded Swiss Cheese
    1/2 Cup Diced tomotoes
    2tbsp of Salsa
    As much hot sauce as you like



    Blend the tomotoes, hot sauce, and salsa in a blender. Cook the ground beef half way in a pan first, then let it cook the rest of the way in the pot while you are stiring it in the sauce. Add the cheese last, and seasonings if you wish (onion powder, garlic, etc) and stir until the meat is fully cooked.

    Comes out to:

    51g of protein
    8g of carbs - 4 sugars, 1g Fiber
    15g of Fat
    360 Calories

    sounds good i love cheese!esp.swiss kinda like a quik chilly throw some kidney beans in and top with the cheese.thats good fibre and more protien.

    I remember when he first tried this haha, it's really good. I do the same thing except I use peppers instead of tomatoes, and cheddar instead of swiss.
