    So here I am trying to fit into some of the cloths I bought last summer, when mom E-mails me this site

    Problem is my wife and I love to bake cakes n stuff. I wonder if I toy around with the ingredients a little bit will I still be able to get the same effect. Probably not…I’m doomed!!

    I tried making brownies with protein powder once--they were horrible.

    One good recipe I have is to make popsicles with protein powder and milk-look down the recipe list of the forum--these are delicious.
