    Smile hamburger recipe
i call these my power burgers
    ingrediants:
    1lb 90/10 lean beef(4 oz ea patty)
4 egg lrg yolks(1 per burger) save the white for breakfast
8 tbls (13/14g wieghed for ea burger)wheat germ
1/8 tsp chilli powder or to taste
1/4 tsp mrs. dash grillin blend for steaks
    optional:worshisire sauce(spellig) to taste
u can use buns if u want but i eat w/out also add toppin that ur diet allows, bbq suace, fav salad dressin, ect...

i took 4 oz meat, 1 lrg egg yolk, 14 grams wheat germ, and spices and mixed toghter into a patty. i did this 4 times, i made each patty sepp so i could keep track of how much went into each patty, but i guess u could just make one large batch and split up into 4ths when ur done...after all maixed and formed together i place them on my G.F. grill untill browned on each side ...
as far as nutrition values ur lookin at : 32g pro, 6 grams carbs: 2 fiber :
1 sugar, 10 grams fat for ea. burger
pretty good 2 me atleast so i thought id share..tell what u guys/gals think...

yea i thought it would be too but i did the math of the egg yolk and the 90/10 lean beef and the lil bit from the wheat germ and its not that bad...although its all pretty much sat fat but hey i heard a lil sat fat is good for test lvls...i luv these things and they help me keep my diet clean..
