    Default Ground Turkey and Peppers
I made a great dish and wanted to share:

Turkey Store Brand "Mexican Flavored" Lean ground turkey
2 large bell peppers (I use one Red and a Yellow)
Fresh Salsa (Chachi's Brand is excellent!)

Cut and core the peppers and cut lengthwise in strips
Spray frying pan with Pam and brown turkey meat
After it's brown, stir in some of the salsa and add the cut peppers.
Stir around to mix and then cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.

You can pour on top of rice or eat as is!!

    Yummy!!

Sounds good. I make turkey tacos quite a bit and need a little variety.

You'll definitely like this dish! It's good as it is simplistic...nice change from canned tuna!
