Default Pasta with good tomato sauce (good to eat with scrambled egg whites)
-Pasta (spaghetti) (enought to satisfy your appetite, but if u use a lot use more tomato sauce)
    -2/3 cups of tomato sauce
    -1/2 coffeespoon sugar
    -1/3 coffeespoon salt
    -mexican red Peppers(push on these
    -1/2 medium size onion
    -olive oil

Put some olive oil eating on a frying pan, chop the 1/2 medium size onion in very little squares, chop also in tinny slice the red peppers (powder if you want), then add it and let it heat a bit enought to get the onion change the colour and drop his water! Then add the tomato sauce, and 1/2 coffeespoon sugar and 1/3 coffeespoon salt (here's the secret, the salt and sugar combo)! By meanwhile, heat some water to the pasta... The sauce will take a bit to cook and get a good consistency, but not too mutch consistency (You will nedd to cook this a few times to get my point something like 15-20 min will do it in moderate heating! I you have hurry just rise the heat up, but usually you get some pinky kitchen cuz you can't close the pan to let the water go away!
Passed 10 minutes and when the water is boiled put the pasta on the boiling water (i just don't add anything on that water) and let it cook!
One minute before it is al dente, take the pasta off the water, let the steam go away, and in the pan with the sauce (thai is still on fire) add the pasta and mix them good together! don't let the pasta fix the pan, just let it eat a bit here, then add a bit olive oil to get slippy and then serve it!
I love it with scambled egg whites!

This recipe take a bit of time, for something so simple, but it's worth the taste and it as very acceptable nutricional values!
