    Default The Bouncers Tuna Patty
    Bouncer's home made Tuna Cakes.
    (from Superior Muscle)

    If your sick of plain old tuna like I am try this.

    2 Cans Tuna Drained

    3/4 Cup of regualar Oatmeal

    5 Tbsp whorstersire sauce

    2 Tbsp non fat mayo

    Few dashes of pepper


    Mix all ingredents in a large bowl.

    Make mixture into burger sized patties and place on hot skillet covered with Pam.

    Let cook on both sides until brown.

    Thats it!

    70 Grams Protein
    35 Grams Complex Carbs
    2 Grams Fat

    skoal- it all depends on how small you want to make them, I usually make two with that recipie...

    I assume that rubberduckyo knows bouncer, unfortunately I dont... but from I've read, he seems to make relatively simple meals, nothing elaborate.

    personally, I think they taste like a cheap hamburger with whorstershire sauce as a marinade and a slight tuna after taste. I usually make mine with a slice of cheese on the top then put on a bun, So to me, they taste decent enough.

    Since they are cheap enough to make, ya'll should try 'em and tell us what you think of them.
