    Default Best way to eat oatmeal?
    I am looking for the healthiest and also the tastiest ways.... I hear splenda and cinnamon ... Lite syrup..

    Suggestions?

    I eat them raw! I throw 1/2 cup oats, 1 cup milk, 1 scoop whey (choc), 1 tbs pb, 1 tbs plain yogurt, ice and blend!

    Like the swiss eat it, cover it with water or skim milk put in fridge overnight eat raw

    I follow the cooking directions on the box, then serve with skim milk and some artificial sweetener.

    cinnamon, brown sugar "Twin" (it's the best! no calories and tastes JUST like brown sugar!) and sliced almonds; in the offseason i add a tiny bit of whipped cream! YUM

    Throw in 5 scrambled egg whites, pinch of salt bigger pinch of paprika, 2 slices of cheese, and a squeeze of tomato sauce. beeeeuuudy mate.

    Plain- I just add 1/2 a cup of old fashioned oats, 1 cup of h2o adn nuke it for 1:40 on high and shovel it in.

    I throw some rolled oats in a bowl, add raisins, bananas, or whatever fruit I have on hand, then add milk...or alot of times I make a protein shake w/milk and pour that on it. Let it sit for a few minutes and eat it raw. The ONLY way to go. Less time and tastes better.

    i personnaly either just use cinna and splenda. my boyfriend did the same but added honey! but i also make protein pancakes which are awesome. 4 egg whites, 1 scoop of splurge chocate chip whey protein and 1/2 cup oatmeal. mix all together put in a skilltet and make a pancake. i use sugar free syrup.. tasty

    Just cook 'em up per box directions. Add some raisins and milk et VOILA!

    I've tried making pancakes of them but don't quite have that nailed down yet........

    nothing.. little bit of water.. so if u flip the bowl upside down nothing slides out. eat it like a thick paste. im used to the bland taste. il have 2 servings each morning.

    instead of boiling up water boil apple juice and pour it over the oats with whatever other dry seasonings you use. verrrry flavorful

    i put the oats in the blender first and turn them into powder then add everything else its a little easier to drink...

    I buy fat free vanilla yogurt and mix it in with that, sometimes I throw in some fruit, raisins and/or nuts. If you like it I buy the flavored packets of oatmeal.

    i might try with my strawberry flavored protein and some water doesnt sound to bad to me cuz oatmeal i just cant eat it thick. But is it still the same as if you eat regular oatmeal.?
