    Default Huskyguy's weight gain custard
This is a great treat I eat a lot of this when I am bulking.

    Weight Gain Custard

    Ingredients:
    5 egg yolks
    1/2 cup whole milk
    1/2 cup whipping cream
    2 tablespoons light brown sugar
2 tablespoons real vanilla extract--The Mexican stuff is best
    1 tablespoon water

In a double boiler--a pot within a pot of boiling water
heat sugar until it starts to melt--add tablespoon of water and dissolve sugar by stirring.

Add 1/2 cup whole milk---mixed with 1/2 cup whipping cream--add entire cup of this mixture to melted sugar--stir briskly for one minute cover mixture and boil in double boiler for 10 minutes

Uncover and stir mixture and heat uncovered for another 8 minutes

    Add vanilla to eggs-beat rapidly
Stir beaten eggs into milk mixture
Cook 2 more minutes constantly stirring
Take off heat chill in icebath and then move to freezer
    Chill until thick --enjoy
This may seem complicated but it is worth it.
