Grind up some oats in a blender into a protein shake. Might taste a little weird but its a good way to have it if you dont like it hot.

Not the instant oatmeal......too processed. Get regular oatmeal and just measure it out. BTW, where in TX are you from?

Scrambled eggs in the microwave --you can't get much quicker than that.

I like to use my microwave for heating up heat pads and sterilizing dish cloths

Frosty I have to agree, except when I really am running late I tend to use the microwave sparingly.

Not pretty but highly effective if you're in a hurry. A little salsa can disguise the nastiest nuked eggs.

I can't believe no-one has mentioned hard boiled eggs. Prepared in advance of course. Consider how many eggs you eat a day. A dozen will last a day or two?

Boil 'em. Peel 'em. and store in an airtight container. They don't have time to go bad.

Little salt and pepper and out the door. Could mash them and add olive oil. Could add salsa. Whatever you have on hand.

I buy two dozen a week. One dozen for hard boiling and the other to have on hand for other dishes.

I do this and take them to work with me. When it's time for me to eat them, the WHOLE office clears out! No one can stand the smell! I think I'm immune to the smell now.

I clear out co-workers with my protein farts! Okay that's kind of nasty, but I know I'm not the only one...

I make people gag when they watch me eat hard boiled eggs, just from the smell alone. I make my whole house smell like a nasty fart everyday from eating eggs.

I usually just get plain rolled oats (i don't cook them) put them in a bowl and add milk like any other cereal. Let it soak alittle and its pretty good.
Another thing I usually do is just make my protein shake w/skim milk add a few raw eggs and shake it up real good. Use that instead of just milk on my oatmeal. That way I get my whey protein, egg protein, some fat from egg yokes, and carbs from oatmeal. Add raisins or some kinda of fruit too. Doesn't get much faster then that and its very healthy. Might not sound so good, but its better then you think (you can't even taste the eggs either- I usually add 4)

They couldn't have been thoroughly cooked, hun. Better to err on the side of caution here than coming up short.

I used to have 6 egg white with 2 pieces of whole wheat toast with sugar free jelly. I did that for a year. It was good I still have it on the weekends.

I now have 1/2-1 cup of reg oatmeal with a heaping scoop of CHOCOLATE protein and I love it. It tastes ****in awsome.

try and get some digestive enzymes....I take those usually help me out...then only time i get it really bad is when i cheat and eat really greasy food then its watch out everyone!!! plus when u change ur diet frequently that can mess with ur digestive tract...when ur body gets used to something and u change...that usually how it responds is with bloating and paint peeling gas....
