Yup, I actually use it as a topping on lowfat/nonfat ice cream or yogurt. It's best if you mix in sjkim milk too, kinda like chocolate or strawberry slush with whatever flavor ice cream you have.

    Default Protein pudding pops
Sugar free, fat free pudding mix (any flavor)
    Fat free milk
    2-3 scoops of protein powder

Make the pudding like it says on the box- blend protein powder into it and pour in pop molds. Again, they taste like a cheat without the guilt.

when i was in prison we only use to be able to buy canned and non refrigerated goods once a month......the food was so terrible that you had to come up with things like this to make life bearable..........this recipe is super high in sugar fat and calories but when you only get 2000cals a day it doesnt really matter......it tastes waaay better than bought shit

    500ml long life cream
500ml skim milk....full cream if you like it rich and creamy.....
1.. 425g can of condensed milk
protein powder of your choice id say at least 200grams.....
    4. we use to break up biscuits and chocalate bars and add em in

mix /stir........steal a metal tray from the kitchen and bribe the cook for some freezer time ....you will have to stir this every hour or so for 3 hours otherwise itll seperate (crash) ...now try sneaking that back to your room past your weight pile pals without getting shanked.........
this really does make the best ice cream super rich though.....
this made life bearable for me and my close friends on many a long night .....

    High protein homemade ice cream

You will need an ice cream maker for this, a cheap one can be had at Target or Wal Mart for less than $20.

    Ingredients:
    3 whole eggs beaten
    Whole milk
Protien powder--I prefer ON 100% whey chocolate mint or chocolate-the other flavors are sickenly sweet.
    vanilla extract
I also use a bit of almond extract too

6 to 8 cups whole milk
6 to 8 scoops protein powder
    1 tablespoon vanilla extract
    1 teaspoon almond extract
    3 whole eggs beaten
Mix ingredients together put in icecream maker and you have a high protein ice cream with less sugar than normal ice cream it is delicious.
