I takes me too long so swallow..
Hahaha, yeah it sounds grose, but...............
It takes me too long to swallow my plain chicken, turkey, and fish.
How can I make it taste good, but not add fat, or too many carbs to it?
I need ideas. PLEASE Help!!!
I wish I could fry my food, but thats too unhealthy....

Put water in the pan, and cook ur chicken and fish in it. Itll cook good and not stick to the pan. It also makes the foods moist and juicy. Add spices to the foods in the cooking process...makes a good treat

I do add water, it still tastes like shit. I add spices, but it gets boring fast.
I wish it could have a healthy crunchy batter on it or something....

Cant use mayo 3 times a day. Even the fat free stuff is bad. I tried tomato sauce, its not too bad.

I like olive oil and pepper on my tuna.
Do you have a Foreman grill? It does an excellent job on chicken. Stays nice and juicy.

grill the chicken, afterwards put some 1/8 inch slices of tomatoe on it, cut up toms and chicken together and eat them together, adds lots of juices, i sometimes lightly grill(real light) my toms too goes down easy this way

I bake all my chicken... While there baking i put on sundried tomato, lemon pepper, chili powder, salt, and pepper... I found this to be the best mix.
Then most of the time I put salsa on it before I eat them.

Chicken breast; I BBQ them, I live in the north so even if it snows I don't give a shit, my chicken breast are getting seared on that damn grill! :-) I drizzle some extra virgin olive oil on the breasts and squeeze half a lemon on them -or a whole lemon depending on how many breast I cook- If the weather is like 50 bellow my ass is sautéing the ****ers in a pan. So I use a little bit of olive oil in a hot pan and sauté the breasts until golden brown. Then I squeeze half a lemon on them and it tastes amazing. I also use the Tostitos salsa method and throw them in the oven.
Tuna; I eat it out of the can. Love it. But sometimes I take a can of tuna, drain the water, add to half cup of chick peas, throw in the mix some diced red onion. For condiment I use either olive oil and a little balsamic vinegar, or a little dash of Italian or Greek salad dressing.
The other way I eat my tuna is sometimes I take some romaine lettuce, drain the tuna, dump it in with the salad and use olive oil and balsamic vinegar as a condiment. Very good.

I just started adding wasabi sauce to my tuna, it helps with the taste. You should just marinate the chicken with teriyaki, or low fat italian dressing.
