I don't know if it's new, but I just found montreal chicken spice, similar to montreal steak but much better for the chicky. Other then that I may put a small bit of teryaki or worschester, and some chopped onion if I cooked it in a pan. On the barby just use some BBQ sauce sparingly and minced garlic, cause it goes so damn good with everything.

Durkee makes a mixed seasoning called "Grill Creations". I buy it in the big shaker bottles at Sam's Club. It's an all around spice blend and is good on anything.

Oh....if you have time to marinade your chicken try Wishbone's Italian dressing. Gives it some nice kick.

i love the montreal seasoning too. any salad dressing thats oil based is a good marinade too. if im short on time i can get good flavor by just pouring the leftover marinade on the chicky in the grill. that lets you avoid remembering to marinade the night before
