    Default pancakes/wrap things
    just made these -

    1. have your wife wake you up to make her pancakes... (2/3 cup mix, 1/2 cup milk, 1 egg)
    2. after you make her 3 4" diameter pancakes- add 1 pack splenda, a serving of old fashioned oats, 1/2 carton egg whites (5 servings), 1 pack splenda and a big ass tablespoon of wheat bran

    599cals/ 39g protein/ 63g carb/ 16g fat... of that 9g fiber and 3g sugar (milk)

    for me it made 3 humongous pancakes and stuffed me so full!! im planning on cutting that down to 2 pancakes and adding a scoop of protein powder which would make it-
    499c/50pro/41carb/10fat!!

    you could also substitute soymilk, or maybe even no milk due to the amounts of egg whites? ill experiment later this week and let you all know!

    is this a pretty good meal?? and the way they come like super think pancakes or wrap things you could put natty pb or cottage cheese or whatever you want inside and wrap it up!

    Seems pretty good.

    Too bad I don't have a wife to wake me up though...lol

    But I'll try this recipe out. Not a bad source of protein either.
