    Default Heres a nice bulking snack
    1 container of yogart (fruit on the bottom's the best)
    1 cup of cottage cheese.

    Mix the two together for a total of 480 calories, and 37g of protein. Not that hard to get down either.

    Try putting a joyride protein bar crumbled up in it, the coconut flavor is great.

    I only use the yogurt for flavor, and i use the bigger ones n ot the snack pack ones.
