    Default Low Carb Recipes!
    Hey,

Everybody post your favorite low carb recipe in this thread, so they're easily distinguished from the other recipes.

Links are fine, text is fine.

I will be adding a bunch to this thread tonight...

Seems like a good idea to me anyways...............

    Honey Mustard Chicken

    1 TBSP. soy sauce
    1 TBSP. balsamic vinegar
    1/4 cup mustard
5 packets Spienda or other artificial sweetner
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (6-8 oz each)

Preheat grill to highest heat setting. Mix soy sauce, vinegar, mustard and Spienda in a small bowl until well combined. Using a barbecue brush or pastry brush, brush both sides of chicken with sauce. Discard remaining sauce. Place chicken on grill and cook 3-5 minutes per side or until no longer pink inside.

    Makes 4 servings.

    Per serving:

    320 calories
    69g protein
    1g carbo-hydrate
    4g fat
    0g fiber

    **Note**

Always make sure you cook chicken until all the pink is gone. Discard unused sauce. It is unsafe to eat since you brushed the sauce on to uncooked chicken and then dipped the brush into the sauce again.

    Enjoy

Awesome link SC, here is another great one that i've found, unfortunately a lot of the recipes aren't extremely low carbs, but still a lot of good information.
