    Default Protein Pudding
    Ingredients:
1 package fat free, sugar free jello pudding
1 cup fat free cottage cheese
    1 cup skim milk
2 scoops favorite protein powder either same or complementary flavor as pudding

Pudding comes in the following flavors:
    Banana Cream
    Butterscotch
    Chocolate
    Chocolate Fudge
    Pistachio
    Vanilla
    White Chocolate

Place cottage cheese in food processor and blend until smooth, about 3 minutes. Add milk and blend until incorperated, about 1 minute. Add protein powder and blend until incorperated, about 1 minute. Finally, add jello and blend for about 2 additional minutes. Tranfer to bowl (or bowls) and chill for 10 minutes. Voila.

I use Designer whey and the stats on White Chocolate pudding with Vanilla protein are:
520 calories, 70 grams protein, 3 grams fat, 49 grams carbs.

    Variations
    -Add vanilla extract
-Add a banana to the Banana Cream
-Add Spenda if it's not sweet enough
-Add cinnamin to the Vanilla or Chocolate
-Add Maple Syrup Flavor to the Vanilla (this is how the husband unit likes it)

Note: Recipe is very versitle and can be changed to suit individual nutritional requirements.

fat free cottage cheese, skim milk and the jello. You could use whole milk and trade the carbs for fat, same with the cottage cheese.
