I love cooking hamburgers on that thing, it's awesome. If you hang the front of the grill over the sink you don't need that nasty ass little grease tray. As for the chicken, I'm no chef.

I just thaw out some chicken and marinate it in a ziplock bag with some marinate that you can buy at the store. You can get all kinds of flavors and the cheaper stuff is the same as the more expensive. Then you can just wipe it off with a paper towel when your done.

you can also prop the front legs up so the grilling surface is flat and pour your marinade right on the meat while cooking it.

I cook the chicken breast right out of the freezer all the time but here a tip leave the top open till the breast is half way cooked on the bottom side cause the top cooks faster then the bottom does. At that point I flip the breast over and close the unit and cook till done.

The key to Chicken is; Don't fear the seasoning. I use tons O' crap. I flick my wrist with the jar to get a good fluffy puff of Garlic, just a pinch of Lemon chicken, cover it with dried onion, some seasoning salt, salt, pepper, crushed red peppers, "Italian" seasoning. there’s tons of different flavor you can get by mixing the seasonings, and never forget the ease of spreading BBQ sauce once its cooked with no seasoning. I throw my breast on frozen solid.

Also, I cook Hamburgers and grilled cheese. Costco has pre cooked chicken breast at 20grams protein each, 2 minutes in the microwave for a quick protein boost vs a $3.00 chalk bar.

I marinate my chicken breast in low fat sundried tomato and oregano dressing. I usually put it in a ziplock with the chicken and let it marinade over night.

If ur tryin to cook frozen chicken, do this, get foil, put the chicken in there, and season it with whatever you want. wrap the foil, and stick in in the grill. It'll heat it, keep the chicken juicy, and leave it flavorful!

Wishbone Italian dressing makes a great marinade.

GFG is awsome! i take a whole bag of chicken( skinless boneless 4lb bag) usually about 9 pieces in there. they all fit on my huge GFG, i put a little salt and pepper. grill on medium heat for about 15 minutes, put the chicken in a glass oven baking dish, dump a bottle of salsa on top, cook for another 10 minutes or so @~400degrees... awsome stuff... lasts me about 3 days per bag of chicken (about 3 a day)

i also do mass quantaties of salmon, halibut and swordfish for protein, and i steam veggies (not on the gfg btw) for easy snacks!!! gfg is awsome!

Man, I've cooked damn near everything on there - burgers, steak (when it's too damn cold outside!), chix, salmon, turkey, veggies, even toast. I've got the two-sided monster so can really get a lot on there. Just season anything like you would normally.

I use lea&perrin, cajun power garlic sauce, italian dressing, and a little Tony's. If you put a little of lemon pepper also gives it a good taste.

Stay away from the beef and go to a butcher!!!!!
Get toploin steak and get your butcher to ground the meat like beef(I get 7lbs)
Take 2lbs and mix with 1 egg white & 1/2 cup oatmeal, make sure all is mixed!!!!!
Make into hamburger patties, not too thick not tooo small either so try 1 at a time.
The egg white & oatmeal helps keep the beef togeather and don't use a bun!(Carbs)
    Even better on a BBQ
    About 35G protein
    6G carbs
    5G fat
I just use little ketchup & mustard
    Sweet

Depends on your proficiency in the kitchen. I've done everything from simple marinades to full blown recipes. The simplest one that gives the best results is to go with 2 boneless skinless breasts, marinate them in 1/2 cup of white wine and fresh garlic, about 1 teaspoon. Then mix up some sour cream and another 1/2 cup of wine and about 1oz. of oj. Boil some wide egg noodles, about 3 handfuls if you have a girl over. Pour the mixture into the noodles and stir it up, let it come to a boil.
Throw the chicken on the GF and let it cook for about 4-6 minutes. The noodles should be coming off in about 7. IT's ****ing good, IMO.

man dont let the fat and grease go down the pipes, it'll solidify and clog them up. Just throw it in the trash.
