    Default Chicken with rice
    borrowed from "thechef"

    1/2 cup non-fat butter (can't believe's it's not butter)
    1- cup rice
1- tsp instant onion mix flakes
1 tsp. salt for taste (or Mrs. dash)
    1- 10and 1/2 oz. can mushroom soup
    1- cup water
    3- skinless boneless chicken breasts
    1-dash of course black pepper

Melt butter in a 9*13 baking dish. Stir in rice, onion flakes, salt and water. Kinda make a base out of the mixture. Place chicken breats on top of mixture. Sprinkle with pepper. Bake at 350 for 1 to 1 and 1/2 hours.

Sound good , but I have a stupid question.

Is the 1 cup of rice cooked or uncooked before adding to baking dish?

Try a mixture with some wild rice in it; I find this to be alot more palatable than plain rice.
