One way to give your potatoe some flavor would be as follows: microwave it for about 6 min and 30 sec (till nice and soft)
remove it and carefully peel off all lof the skin
take a fork and mush it up so it is mixed up
take some fat free cheese (american is good) and place it on top
nuke it for another 25 sec
take it out and mix it
Then you have a nice potatoe and cheese dish. I think it tastes great and goes bery well with steak. Has a decent amount of protien and had a few xtra calories and carbs for those looking to bulk.
