    Default Caution Preparing Chicken!
Hey guys this isn't a recipe but I thought I would share this with ya! I never thought too much about food poisoning til this saturday when I got it. I ate a roasted chicken breast sub from SUBWAY. About 4 hours later I ended up in the hospital with food poisoning. I was puking every 10 minutes along with diarhea at the same time. (uncontrollable) My wife called SUBWAY and told them and they said there was no manager in and they would call one and get back with us. They never called back so my wife called them back and they wouldnt even answer the phone. Nice a? I lost 8 pounds of fluid over 1 day. Just thought I would post this to make sure everyone is careful while preparing there food especially chicken. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. I hope to be back lifting again tomorrow. Later!

I just thought that I would give you a little something to think about. I am a chef and have been for 15 years, most of this time I have been in charge of and run multi-million dollar restaurants, so I know a thing or two about food poisoning. Now I am NOT disagreeing with you "Guns" only give you something else to think about. A common mistake people have about food poisioning is that it was the last thing you ate that made you sick! Most bacteria that cause food poisioning take anywhere from 36-48 hours before you start to get sick. Meaning that you probally got sick from something you ate 2 days ago and It was only by chance that Subway ways the last thing you ate. 90% of all food poisonings are actually caused in the home by people not handling and storeing food properly. However with that said it is still possible that Subway caused your illness. I just seen a report on the worst fast food offenders based on report of people getting sick.
the top ten worst places to eat were:
    1) Burger King
    2) Wendy's
    3) Subway

Anyways sorry to hear about your illness I've had it before myself and would not wish it upon my worst ememy. Hope you are feeling better

Yeah just starting to get feeling like lifting. It was awful. It's easy to say cash in but you know what they would say. "You can't prove it was our food that made you sick".

I had a friend that got sick from eating at Hardee's and he ended up taking about $25,000 from them. So if I were you I fight em and get some cash from them.

I got violently ill off potatoe salad at a wedding reception once. About 5 hours after is when it hit me.

Pretty sure it was the potatoe salad. 20 plus people presented at the emergency room that night. It was awfull!

word of advice from many previous experiences, depending on your metabolism it could take shorter than a couple of hours until you see symptoms of poisoned food. You will notice gas and nausea at first but once the bacteria has achieved insane reproduction levels you will begin the puking and crapping to rid yourself from it. It's rare however that it takes 2 days because most bacteria are very quick to jump into action. (you will notice if a couple of hours after a banquet people start rushing to the bathroom, this can escalate to hospitalization for some.

i'm not surprised you got the poisoning from subway, since I could share a story from there as well, but I rather not.

Only thing I would dare eat at taco bell are chicken soft tacos. They are by far the best thing for you, if there is such thing as something good at taco bell.

I'm pretty sure they use grade D beef for their ground beef. Damn man, they don't even use grade D in dog food!

    T-Bell sucks.
