Default Hearty Meaty Chunky Brown Rice
4-5 pounds of ground beef or chicken.
1.5 teaspoons of salt(or to taste)
    pepper(to taste)
2-3 cans of kidney beans (substitute for your favorite)
    curry powder
    1/2 cup water
    4-5 tablespoons of olive oil

Cook your desired batch of brown rice in a rice-cooker or stovetop pan. I usually make enough to last me for 4 or 5 meals.

Use Beef, Chicken, or both. When I use chicken I get 10-15 breasts or so and chop them into chunks. If ground-beef I usually cook 4 or 5 pounds of it. Just chunk it up in the pan with a bit of onion.

When chicken or beef is nearly brown, add the beans after you drain most of the juice from them if you are using canned beans. Add curry powder(2-3 tablespoons or to taste) and water.(substitute other seasoning packets if you like, I usually use Indian flavours cause I love those tastes) Bring to a boil over medium-low heat. Let it simmer untill it reaches the consistency you prefer, then put it on top of rice.

Excellent for reheating from fridge later, and if you freeze, also reheats well. Great post-workout meal.
