    Default Afternoon meal
I'm looking for a recipe of something that I could eat in the middle of the afternoon (4th meal of the day).

I can't heat it so it should be eaten cold. I'm eating a hard boiled eggs+tuna+rice salad for month now and I'm simply sick of it. Just the idea of opening my tupperware makes me want to puke.

Any other idea than high cals/protein sandwiches?

Yeah, I second that...My second meal is already a shake (whole eggs+oatmeal+cottage cheese+whey) and I don't want to have another one in the afternoon. I'm back to chicken+eggs+mayo+whole bread sandwiches for now, at least I take a break from these eggs/tuna/rice salads.

Eating correctly is definitively the hardest part of weightlifting...

What!? you cant beat a cold chicken (chicken breast of course) sandwich with tomatos, light mayo and lettuce in between to slices of wholmeal bread or a bagel.I wouldnt dream of eating that warm.
    Sanwiches are so underated...

I love melting some fat free cheddar between a big, cold chicken breast cut in half and having it on a whole wheat bagel bread bun (150 cals) with lettuce and mustard. Sometimes I throw some whipped cream cheese on as well. Its a nice snack.
