    Default My Mom's way of making otmeal
    - Oatmeal
    - 2 or 3 egg white and one yoke
    - 1/2 cup milk
    - Sugar as needed
    Boil the oatmeal in water and then add the egg white/yoke and stir them for a minute and then add the milk and the sugar and stir for 30 seconds.

    try it, you won't regret..

    I tried it. I hate oatmeal so i'll try anything. it was'ent bad for something that i disslike so much.

    I just put my oats in a shaker and mix them with milk, taste is ok, ive been doing that for some time, and seems like thats the easiest way to do it, drink ur oats.

    eat those instant oatmeal packs...they got some junk in them...oh well...but cinnammon roll tastes great. 1 minute and its good to go!

    U should really stay away from the instant kind, Instant oatmeal is made from the flattened processed oats, cut very small and further processed with several additives

    Both instant and rolled oats contain fiber, but the difference is how much.

    Agreed! it should be used for emergencies only...if you run outta the good shit.
