anyone got recipes to make em or somthing without using sour cream and bacon or a shit load of butter ?

sometimes i boil them, then slice them, add some olive oil and throw them in the oven for 30-40 mins, then add some salt and black pepper. its pretty good but takes alot of time.

Chop them and add some seasonings you like. I make them often with low fat ground beef,salt n pepper. Shit..you can poke it full of holes, microwave it,mash n season to taste and a potato tastes good.
