chicken breast on foreman grill ?

i was wondering what seasoning or stuff to coat the chicken breasts with and at what heat (low,medium,high) and for how long i should cook these for.. sorry for being ignorant.. i have never cooked and need to start.. cant keep waiting for my girl or parents to make food

Put it on 7 and it will be fully cooked frozen

Put the chicken breast in a ziplock bag and add teriyaki sauce. Leave it in the refrigerator over night.

It will be marinated and ready to cook when you wake up
