Colon cancer or colecterol cancer originates from uncontrolled cell growth in the colon or rectum and affects over 200,000 people per year in the US alone.  Some symptoms may include anemia or rectal bleeding which are linked to weight loss and change in bowel routines.  The majority of causes of this cancer can be due to lifestyle and diet and usually begins in the lining of the bowel and if left alone will grow into the muscle layers underneath then through the bowel walls.  If caught in time through screening it can be treated and give a person more decades to live.  Food of course is the best way to keep your colon healthy and strong.  The best type of foods that will keep your colon cleansed are foods high in fiber such as whole grains and bran cereals which is a super great way to get more fiber into your diet.  Green lettuce leafs is another great source of fiber as is spinach, coliflour and broccoli.

Blackberries contain an incredible eight grams of fiber per cup and prunes and prune juices are wonderful foods that will give you more reliable and healthy bowel movements.  The faster you can move the foods through your colon the better off your colon will be as foods that just sit there like ALL fast foods and junk foods will stick around and cause toxins and bacteria to grow and fester trigger the onset of more serious colon diseases.   Best is to drink at least two liters of water as soon as your day begins and back it up with yummy foods high in fiber throughout the day.  It would be wise to keep a jar of roasted peanuts (no commercial brand as these are high in sodium and will send your blood pressure through the roof and then you’ll have a whole new set of  health problems) in the kitchen, dining room, living room and even the bedroom.  Peanuts can do no harm (unless your allergic to them) and only promote a strong immune system, keep your visits to the throne more constant and relieving, give you lots of natural energy.
Fruits are wonderful and a yummy way to keep your colon happy and moving freely and staying away from soda drinks and junk food (yes that includes those snickers bars) is the best way to go as foods that have been processed like ALL fast foods, chips, hot dogs, bologna, even the pizza from that place that gets it to your front door in less than 30 minutes, will get you to the grave in 30 years or less, guarantee but you don’t get your money back on the latter.   The body needs natural foods, fruits and natural liquids to perform at its best and if you feed it junk it will produce junk but if you feed it foods that have natural nutrients and most importantly which the body can process with less effort and keep and maintain the inner organs lubricate and working properly.
The whole point of cleansing the colon naturally is to increase your body’s waste elimination process.  Your body should start to flush out the solid material easier so that all those toxins and bacteria can get out of your body faster.
