Preparation

Marinate slices of beef in Worchester sauce, sea salt, 2 tablespoons, canola oil, and Tabasco sauce for 30 minutes. During this time you can prep your vegetables.

Heat a large wok to high and when hot add 4 tablespoons of the canola oil and allow to heat, then slowly add the strips of meat and briefly stir then allow to sizzle until the pieces are nice and brown. Remove from heat and add 4 tablespoons of the oil, allow to heat then add the vegetables and again briefly stir and allow to also sizzle.  After 4 minutes remove from heat.  Once again heat to high and add the roasted peanuts then add the strips of meat, then the veggies and mix.  Add the peanut oil, sesame oil and oyster sauce and mix again and turn fire off, plate and serve.
