No matter what kind of natural cheese you enjoy eating you are certainly doing your body a great favor.  I am not talking about factory-processed cheese either as this processed cheese that comes in slices or worst in a can will surely wreck any plans of you staying in and losing weight.  This great and wonderful natural product is not only tasty but also works for cancer prevention as it contains substances called Conjugated Linoleic Acid and Sphingolipids which help in cancer prevention and treatment.  Cheese is also good for fighting cavities as it is very high in calcium and if you want strong teeth you better eat natural cheeses.  Also natural cheese is very low in lactose, it is only when the milk is pasteurized that the lactose levels go high, and eating cheeses like blue, Swiss, cheddar and Monterey can be very helpful in preventing tooth decay if continually eaten as a snack throughout the day.  This calcium is also great for your bones and will strengthen them and keep them strong as Vitamin B also comes into play, which is especially good for kids, senior citizens and lactating women for strong bones and cartilages.

Cheese does contain natural fats, which are great for you, but always in moderation so some caution should be shown when eating cheese now if your trying to gain weight whether it be muscle weight, bone density or fat then cheese is the most natural way to go as cheese is full of protein, calcium, good fat, vitamins and minerals that will keep your muscles and bones healthy and strong.   Osteoporosis will be a thing of the past as this disease is calcium deficiency based so eating cheese is a wonderful way to go for those suffering from osteoporosis.  Basically all treatment for osteoporosis involves high levels of protein, calcium, and a high intake of vitamins and minerals and lucky for you these three things are found abundantly in cheese.

 

Many out there are choose low fat or fat free cheese thinking that they are being smart but in reality these commercial brand cheeses have had their flavors removed along with right with the good fat and any nutritional value and while you think that you are lowering your risk of heart disease and getting fewer calories you are actually eating something that is not good for you at all and worst of all cause lactose intolerance.

Cheese can also prevent cancer as studies being done right now are showing that cheese contains Conjugated Linoleic Acid or CLA which may be a substance that can help in cancer prevention and treatment.  Those suffering from migraines can eat cheese to reduce the pains as cheese contains lots of good calcium.  Cheese can also boost your immune system and can have a great effect on strengthening and preventing various types of diseases and illnesses.

Cheese can also reduce problems with PMS as the calcium can help in preventing and reducing pains and discomforts associated with PMS. Cheese is also wonderful for your skin as the vitamin B is good for maintaining glowing, supple and healthy skin.
