“Rich in antioxidants, vitamins, fiber and much more this drink will give you a head start every morning.”

Prep time: 2 minutes

Blend time: 45 seconds

Ingredients

  • ½ cup mixed berries (try strawberries, blackberries, blueberries etc)
  • ½ green apple
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • Organic whole milk
  • ½ pear, peeled and cubed
  • ½ cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 2 tbls. honey
  • 2 tbls. Whey powder
  • 4 tbls. Crunchy peanut butter
  • ½ cup ice

 

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a blender ice first.   Blend for 45 seconds and pour into tall Collins glass.
